ADHD AND THE IMPORTANCE
OF SELF-ESTEEM
For children and adults with ADHD self-esteem can be negatively affected. Self-esteem is the feeling that you are worthy, you trust yourself and trust your abilities and efforts.
This can make it harder to take appropriate risks in friendships and relationships, education, careers, and the workplace. In this workshop we will explore how to recognize self-esteem in everyday life from childhood to adulthood, the signs of low self-esteem and how to support it in children and adults.
