This monthly support and learning series is designed for adults living with ADHD who are seeking practical strategies, meaningful connection, and personal insight. Each session blends evidence-informed guidance with real-world tools to support attention, emotional regulation, routines, and relationships. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, these sessions offer a supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow.
About Lindsay
Lindsay Parr is a Student Services Consultant with the Pedagogical Services Department at the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board. With over a decade of experience in clinical, community, and school settings, she specializes in supporting neurodiverse children, teens, and adults through practical, strengths-based strategies.
